5 failure lessons from leaders to help you learn.

Experiencing failure is both enlightening and motivating, as long as you look at it from the right perspective. Learning from mistakes and working harder to achieve your goals are two important factors for success.

1.Steve Jobs

Steve started Apple in 1976, but after an unsuccessful product launch in 1985, steve was fired from his own company. most ordinary people would have given up at that point, but instead Steve founded a new company called NeXT. NeXT was also considered unsuccessful, at least for a while, until it caught the eye of Apple in 1997. Apple bought the company and put Jobs back at the helm, where he was. developed and launched groundbreaking Apple products, including the iPod, iPhone, and iPad.

Lesson: Persistence will have it all. Because he was committed to great things, Jobs was able to overcome his personal setbacks, and ultimately leave behind a monumental and unprecedented legacy.

2.Bill Gates

Bill Gates went through massive setbacks before he had anything to do with Microsoft. Originally, Gates created a product called Traf-O-Data, which analyzed data from traffic tapes. The product didn't work, and the company never succeeded, so Gates decided to try something else.

Lesson: Traf-O-Data failed, but that doesn't reflect Gates' potential. If your idea isn't going the way you think it should, remember that you still have a lot of ideas and opportunities ahead of you.

3.Stephen King

One of the famous novelists. Although he now has dozens of successful titles, Stephen's first novel, Carrie, was a near-fail. The novel was rejected 30 times before it was finally accepted and published, leading to his wildly successful career. King considered quitting, and many in his position probably would, but his persistence led to greatness.

Lesson: Some simple adjustments can turn failure into success. Modifying your idea, choosing a different target audience, or redefining your brand can all easily turn a failure into something more successful.

4.Walt Disney

Disney's first animation studio was dissolved and Disney couldn't afford the rent. Even after the successful premiere of Snow White, many of Disney's debuts — classics like Pinocchio and Fantasia — failed financially.

Lesson: The power of an idea cannot be objectively measured by its relative success or failure. Most of Disney's early films are considered masterpieces, despite commercial failures

5.jeff bezos
a notable turnaround for Amazon's game studio, which started its first business development for a video game called "Crucible" two years ago. However, Crucible was such a failure that Amazon had to withdraw from the market after only a few months, despite spending years developing it. This branch's new game called new world with an average of 700,000 visitors per day is considered the most successful game.

Lesson: Whatever your goal is, don't give up no matter how difficult it may be.

That’s why I’ve put together a 3-step process you can use to establish a new direction, utilize your talents, and pinpoint the skills that will take you to the next level. This is the same process I’ve used for getting unstuck in my own life, and I firmly believe it can work for you too. here is the 3 most important tips: 1. Identify where you want to go. It’s important to have your end goal in mind at the start of this process so you know where you’re going. Knowing you simply want things to change is not enough. You also need some idea of  how you’d like things to be . So ask yourself…if you could wave a magic wand and make your life look like anything you want, what would it look like? Where would you live? What would you be most excited about? Who would you spend most of your time with? How would you feel when you wake up in the...
